Is It Better To Get Concrete Floor Paint Or Concrete Staining?

Each person knows that concrete floors are a flexible surface that is low-priced and uncomplicated to maintain. Every person as well knows that those same floors are very boring and do little to attach value to a residence. Yet, there are a few ways to bring about another life to these floors, without having to spend in high-priced flooring or long diy projects.

The original choice is to just use concrete floor staining. Although ordinary epoxy will not stick well on stained concrete, there are a quantity of particularly formulated concrete flooring paint. These are typically part epoxy, and hold up honestly well to traffic and weather conditions.

An alternative and wonderful choice are stained floors. When you try with this process you are in fact applying a low ranking concrete to modify the natural composition of the flooring. This change is eternal and results in some very attractive and unique colors.

Whilst both are fine choices there are some draw backs to each. Painting concrete floors is not a stable solution, and it will grind down and fragment over time. The contrary is true with stained concrete floors, when you put into operation the stain whatever result you get is permanent. Seeing as it is a chemical reaction you can in no way be certain exactly what you are going to have.
